Keep Sailing is growing fast — and we’re on the lookout for new people to join our team. With more courses, events, and projects happening across our centres than ever before, we’ve created several new roles to help us deliver the very best watersports experiences.

Whether you’re a hands-on instructor who loves being on the water, or someone with the skills to lead and manage operations, we may have the role for you.

Current opportunities include:

• Operations & Fleet Manager – leading maintenance across dinghies, keelboats, and powerboats, while supporting course delivery and events.
• Marine Programme Manager – overseeing course programmes, group bookings, and staffing across our centres, with a mix of on-the-water instruction and management.
• RYA Dinghy Instructors (Seasonal) – teaching courses and group sessions from March–October at our West London centres.
• Freelance Instructors – Sailing, Powerboating, and Wingfoiling opportunities available with flexible work to suit your availability.

At Keep Sailing, we’re a not-for-profit organisation that’s expanding quickly, with exciting projects such as our keelboat partnerships, youth programmes, and new watersports opportunities.
