This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key management role at a time when Keep Sailing is expanding and developing fast. As Marine Programme Manager, you’ll have a central role in shaping the delivery of our activities across multiple centres, balancing on-the-water instruction with programme development and day-to-day management.
The role is highly varied: one day you’ll be leading as Chief Instructor or delivering RYA courses, the next you’ll be coordinating staff rotas, handling customer enquiries, managing group bookings, or planning the season’s course schedule. You’ll also oversee our booking system, support our social media presence, and play a big part in ensuring that all our operations run smoothly and professionally.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys leading teams, and has the confidence to manage both practical delivery and the behind-the-scenes organisation that keeps the business running.
As Keep Sailing grows, you’ll have the chance to get involved in exciting new projects, from developing activity and expanding our group offerings, to helping shape the direction of Keep Sailing. This is a role for someone who wants to do more than just manage the day-to-day — we want someone who can help us grow the business, bring fresh ideas, and drive our programmes forward.
Keep Sailing is a fast-growing, not-for-profit watersports organisation with centres in Hampton, North London, Surbiton, and Wraysbury. We deliver a wide range of RYA courses in dinghy sailing, powerboating, wing sports, and paddleboarding, alongside youth programmes, group activities with schools, corporate events, and instructor training.
Our mission is simple: to make watersports accessible, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
As we expand rapidly, we’re investing in new projects & partnerships that open up even more opportunities on and off the water. We’re building something exciting — and we’re looking for people who want to be part of that journey.
Joining Keep Sailing means more than just a job: it’s a chance to shape the future of watersports, take on new challenges, and help grow a community that inspires the next generation of sailors and watersports enthusiasts.
